there are about a zillion threads concerning this. Bottom line is Tynon will send a computer generated response. the response will tell you thank you and they are looking into it. After that you can expect them to do nothing. Tynon does not honor their own TOS. They seem to welcome and encourage the cheaters and hackers. My server has sent in tons of tickets and nothing has changed. The bully cheaters rule the server and brag about their cheating.
Moonshadeaux I agree with you Tynon is going the same way as Ev-ony did it will soon be another Ucool fail just like Ev-ony where big coiners get their own way all the time just to get us mere mortals who can't afford to spend off not just the server but the entire game.
