Rune and Tavern success rate are probability based equations.
Invest enough coin and credits, and you WILL get a unique hero or a yellow rune.
Granted, it takes a LOT of coin and credits to do this. But it can be done.
Okay, well steal them from other people. Not me :P I wanna be a big tough gal too.

I think it's all luck honestly, however most of my yellow runes have come from fragments. I'm up to 15 yellows now, sorry Muff I'm stealing them from other people now

I spent 30m coins today and got 5 yellow runes and 15 fragments.
And about 20 or more swirly runes.
