    I just tested the lost password feature and it works fine. Check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble PM with your email address and we'll see about manually sending the password to your account's registered address.

    So that's it? You not going to do anything at all. I tell you i have problems with the game and tell me somebody "might" help me. How about you do your job and help me so i can change my pw.

    This is tech support right? I think you should be more helpful.

    The "Forgot Password" system IS the problem Boro. I have another acct that I played in the Beta. The system recognizes my email address, But does NOT send the email with a link to correct the problem.

    That's not the problem. Is working fine for me, for Dawn and for many others as well.I can see buddy, no need to put it in red.

    Dawn is a very busy man, not only is he the community manager here, he does the same over in Evony land. He has to liaise with devs from both games then pass the information to us. He doesn't have a great deal of time to reply to each and every single one of us.

    However, it doesn't mean he hasn't read your PM and passed on the issue to the relevant people. I completely understand your frustration but I hope this gets sorted for you.

    Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems

    The messages I sent Dawnseeker on 6/14 & the one I sent on 6/19, are both showing in my outbox as unopened mail.
