Well everything isnt perfect for everybody is what he is saying. I have the same issue.
Dawnseeker still waiting for a reply i sent you a message a couple days ago.
Dawn is a very busy man, not only is he the community manager here, he does the same over in Evony land. He has to liaise with devs from both games then pass the information to us. He doesn't have a great deal of time to reply to each and every single one of us.
However, it doesn't mean he hasn't read your PM and passed on the issue to the relevant people. I completely understand your frustration but I hope this gets sorted for you.
