looking at the amount of post that you have made means that you have played the game for some time!
and still you dont know that although it shows 5+5 gems
you get 5 gems for setting sail, and another 5 gems when you have made a completed sail!
therefore 5+5 = 10 in total
if you have made the completed sail and you only got your 5 gems for setting sail, then re-fresh your game and you will get the other 5 gems for completed sail
I'm pretty sure his guild just got the city, which explains why he didn't know about the bug.
thx for the insult and the condescending tone in your post but we are getting 20 gems per completed sail ( 2*(5+5) ). however, i;d like to thank you for your feedback even tho you where just pretending about knowing what you where saying
ps to chickenwing: yep, just got it thursday and its flippin awesome! lolabout the bug we did not know and assumed it was because we got jengu recently. you'd think they would have fixed it by now...

yeah, it is annoying, i agree, but it's been like this from the start. gotta refresh to get the double gems. so be sure you refresh for your last sail before server resets for sunday or you will lose out...
Refreshing your game or doing something that forces the gem count to update fixes it usually.
