Yes, just keep sending in as much info as you can into support ... and maybe after several times they might decide to actually look into it ... if the player is obvious with it and you can get many incidences on record with screen shots- that might give you better luck ... and in a few months they might actually do something about the player violating game rules (...Like a warning or something similar.)

Someone posted a really good idea 'bout how to handle this about three months ago on here. I really liked some of his ideas but can't remember enough to reference the post.

Anyhoo, I think a sink limit would be good that way the insiders won't have to go through the trouble of trying to "prove" whether or not a player is cheating. Since we have 4 possible sails a day - We should have 4 possible sinks, as well. You get 3 maps just from being active everyday- (You don't even have to worry about making all events anymore.) Not even considering robbing maps on shore or maps that you could win in guild chests; That would give you 7 maps to make your 4 sails happen. Done. Easy.

And I'm sure that there has been other ideas posted in forums because this type of behavior has annoyed many for quite sometime and really should be addressed.
