    Game took my money and gave me nothing....

    edit: fixed it with a repayment that charged me nothing.

    edit2: now charged me twice for the product..

    Originally I bought a memorial day package.$9.99 and it somehow glitched and I didn't get the item. Then I tried to re run through the process. all seemed well, I got my item (which presumably shouldn't be available if you buy it since you can only buy it once) and it didn't charge me for it. Which is fine. A few minutes later I log onto my paypal to find I have been charged twice for 1 item. I have both receipts with times etc if need be for reference.

    If possible I would like a refund or an additional package of the same kind.

    You need to write to the support team. That's in your chat window. There is a Support tab.

    maybe you just gotta wait like 1-2 working days for the transaction to take place thats usually wut happens in games like these

    I just purchased the $9.99 Memorial Day package in which I receive only 100 gems not the advertised 200 gems. It showed in the pop up as 200 gems but when I clicked I watched the gems go from 161 to 261. All other items were correct.
    I logged with support but...I have little faith in receiving the correct amount of this item. Take this as a warning...ALWAYS take screen shots before you spend any $ on purchases.

    I've never had a problem gaining the right amount of gems advertised. However, if you are having a problem then you need to submit a support ticket, include you purchase order number and explain that you are missing gems.

    From what I've previously seen on this forum regarding transactions, Tynon usually fast track these kind of issues.

    Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems

    how long does it take support to get back to you, i also bought the $9.99 package yesterday morning also got nothing and not heard a word yet

    You need to keep insisting with support if they don't give you a satisfactory answer. Otherwise, you can call you credit card company or bank to tell them you were not given what you paid for, or that you were charged twice for the same thing (not sure what the problem is).

    Most problems I have had have been fixed within a week.
    When they weren't I sent the ticket again and it got solved.
    Chicken is right though, if the issue does not get resolved, call the cc company.
    Usually the ammounts are not processed immidiatly.

    this is stealing, they have had ample time to get back to me and haven't no more than theft really
