It's not a guaranteed chance it only allows you to keep the cards if the saint fails and try again.

speaking about it, any word if they have fixed the issue that you can fail even after you used so many cards that it shows up with 100%?

To be honest I did not even know this was happening, I am a bit behind here lately. Have you submitted a ticket about this happening? (I know that's probably a dumb question)

I have never heard of 100% failing.

something with the dominions i believe, its been addressed here before and i thought it would be in your wheelhouse riot. i will search it later on if i can find the time for it and try to find it. however, its somewhere on the forum already.

The best option in those cases is to have everyone it has happened to submit a help ticket, and if anyone can get screenshots of this happening that would also be considerably more helpful.

How can you catch a screenshot of this when you have already l0st the cards, Tynon will think that maybe you used 1 card at a time maybe 5 times, they may suspect you to be lying as they alsways do with me

He was trying to be helpful which is more than you are and it's not a lot to ask to show a little respect. Why would Support think you are lying? Never heard of a reply coming from CS along the lines of "liar, liar pants on fire". Try and keep it in perspective please

Sent in a ticket before and they come with the response of thanking me for the suggestion and how they are continously taking our suggestions and make the game balanced for everyone to play
Why do they always have to give a lame response, and be unhelpful as they always are. I have sent in soooo many tickets about problems with the game and they always thank me for "the suggestion" i provide to them. I sent in the ticket to report a problem and they are being unhelpful by not telling me that they are actually going to solve the problem...

Yes they are probably bored about me by now
If only they could acknowledge me that they are going to "SOLVE" the problem, then I'd feel a slight bit better
