I wonder how many years of feeding and total EXP it will take to get the new Chimera mount to level 15?

LOL sign that they can't do math, or don't want us to ever reach that point. I'm guessing the latter. Seems what little comes out has to be so tough we can't pass it. Easier than actually adding to the game.
I think the strategy is for tynon to have players reach a certain level such as 5 or 6 stars and keep upgrading mounts and pay gems to keep it at that level. I don't think there is ever an intention of someone going to even 8 stars. It would be suicide to have an 8 star mount then to upgrade to the next and pay the gem for the 30% delta each time. Stay at 4 - 6 stars maximum and keep upgrading to the next mount for most gain of HP per exp.
That seems to be the way to move this forward.
Definitely worth getting. But it will also cost you 400mil coins to transfer it over. So in total it is 4 Bil + 400mil.

The starting EXP is 4k for Chimera and not 4500.
What about 400m, you mean we can transfer all exp from dragon to chimera with 400m coin?
No, that's the mount transfer cost alone.
