The Wind Runner had flames shooting from the back when actually moving, but the Chimera actually looks like a flying dragon as it moves.

What I typically do when I have that problem is crop it a little and see if that helps. Remember to keep a copy of the original. I'm sure there is another way to do it/reason why it isn't working but I can't think of it right now.
