the lower runes combined to the point where you knew you had enough and clicked on "combine all", then the runes combine in order, meaning the blue from the top with the purples then with the next yellow, by the time they combine with the one on the bottom its higher and swallows the old rune. to prevent this you can simply drag the blues into the old yellow first and then combine all.
i dont think customer service will be able to help you out on this one, however i hope i am right and it will help in the future
One was a lvl 11 with 600k+ experience in it. The other was a Righteousness with MAYBE 60,000 exp in it. So what you're saying wasn't the issue. There should be NO, ZERO way my Intense would have been absorbed by that Righteousness. In fact Ive tried to replicate the situation, and I can't, which shows its not normally intended. About all I can do is throw this Righteousness into a 100 Frag rune I make in the future. (have an endurance or two I can make) Beside that its a huge waste. Can Dawn (or whoever is representing the company) possibly give some insight on this?
