It didn't for me Kaisim, but I have been on lvl 112 for a while now.
When I tried dropping 3-4 weeks ago they all changed unfortunately.
But I agree for those below lvl110 it might be worth giving up arena rewards to farm some claws.
However, I do feel this is yet again putting those players who have evolved most at a disadvantage.
