Bug in laby

Just before reset, I was just starting my 3rd boss fight having scored over 700+, I was awarded a lvl 4 Amethyst gem chip, But before I could complete the fight with my 3rd boss, @ 00:03 I got the lost sync message and had to refresh my game! and to make matter's worse I was not awarded my lvl 4 Amethyst gem chip,I also lost all rewards for my last boss ( 3rd ).

This is so annoying as it is so dam hard to get a lvl 4 chip out of the Laby these days, I was so looking forward to placing it on one of my hero's

I want my lvl 4 Amethyst which I won fair and square,so please pay up! make this right!

Send in a ticket using the support tab on the chat window. Give as much information as you can then wait. They may just tell you no but it is the only option available. Good luck.
