Please help. My VIP3 character on server 125 has completely disappaered. It instead prompts me to create a new character on 125.tynon.com but I want my old one back!

check your login account. maybe u accidently login with different account?
There is a problem that can happen, although not often at all, where you can not access your toon. Log in to www.tynon.com and submit a ticket and they will restore your account.

Does anyone know if this was successful? One of the best members of our guild has "lost" his account under his email although the account still shows on the server. It seems as though this is something that should be able to be corrected, but want to find out if Tynon support has protocol/procedure for assisting players in this situation.
That is a glitch that happens sometimes. He needs to open a ticket and they can fix it.

I see this especially when trying to get into my account created via Facebook app. Best bet is to make sure you start with a fresh browser, and start from http://www.tynon.com, not 125.tynon.com.
