Whats odd, I dont know if this is a display bug, I will upload picture shortly. But on one of my accounts a talent is say 80 on other its 75, The one with 75 says its power is higher. Will add picture shortly.
Does it affect more players? i.e. if it's magic attack, it would give more power if there are more mages.
