just use your banish form and see what works better for you, but i love my adam and i wouldnt do without him. all my set ups except for banish include adam. i was thinking maybe you dont like him because yours is too weak? needs a little love, little stars and your strongest weapon and spirit. give him some nice runes, crit runes for sure. he doesnt miss much, crits a lot and hits like a young god.
i may like to add something related to your king horrible if i may:
pompei and lance not only hit stronger but also have better qualities and higher crit rates.
make sure you have a very high preciseness and crit rune on him because the skill attack is 2 separate attacks at once. which means if the first gets dodged he doesnt get to hit the second and if he hits the first then the second can still be dodged. also he needs to crit twice, which is another disadvantage. in that case i would prefer bloodstorm who hits almost as strong as king horribles attacks combined if stared and runed out equally. blood also got 50% more base on physical and skill attacks and also the base stats are higher. he got a 40 dodge and is really great at it (the 20 crit and 10 hit rating from king horribles needed and should be doubled up by design).
