    How to find missing items in the inventory

    Check both the bank and both screens in the inventory to make sure the item is not there.


    Do a Sort All. If that does not fix the problem do a refresh and another Sort All. If that does not fix the problem clear the Browser Cache and also the Flash Cache (go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and click on "Delete all sites") then refresh again and so another Sort All.


    If the missing item is equipment, go to the blacksmith and check all the heroes to make sure it is not on one of your spare heroes or unassigned (listed but not on a hero). If it shows as being on a hero check that hero to make sure it is there. If unassigned then it should be in either the bank of the inventory.


    If the missing item is a jewel, use the blacksmith to make sure it is not embedded on a piece of equipment. Remember that you can not embed items that are in the bank.


    Check the totals at the bottom of the Bank screen. If the fist number plus ant empty slots is higher that the second number you have items hiding behind one or more of the items that you can see. To get them back you need to move the items that you can see one at a time to an empty slot, either in the bank or in the inventory, until the items are reveal. When the numbers add up then you have uncovered all the hidden items.


    If the fist number plus ant empty slots is lower that the second number then your account is damaged and must be repaired by the developers.


    If the missing item is not hidden, on a hero (equipment), embedded (a jewel) or the account is damaged, then open a ticket using the support tab on the game chat. In the description provide the server name or number and the name of the character in the game. Also provide an explanation of what you have done to find the item.


    If possible provide screen shots as follows (you can only attach one file to a ticket so you need to attached any additional files by adding information after you open the ticket):



    • The bank and both inventory screens to prove that the item is not hidden (the numbers add up) or the account is damages (If the fist number plus ant empty slots is lower that the second number).
    • If the missing is equipment, the blacksmith that shows the item shows the item. If it shows it on a hero but the hero screen does not show it also provide the hero screen. If it does not show the item anywhere then all the blacksmith screens.
    • If the item is a Jewel the embed screens with the level of the missing item showing on the bottom (so that the count can be verified) and the Merge screen showing the level of the item (sometimes the count there is different from the one on the embed screen. This can be because some of the items are in the bank where they can not be embedded from as explained before, but some times id due to the account being damaged).




    On the subject of the ticket put "Please read the ticket before sending a canned answer". If you do get a canned answer, update the ticket saying, nicely, that you had already done that before opening the ticket. If the ticket was closed then open a new one and refer to the old ticket in the subject and the text and explain, nicely, the original ticket was closed with a canned answer and that you had already done that before opening the ticket.


    If the problem is not resolved after a week update the ticket asking, nicely, for an update. If you do not get an answer to the update in a few days open a new one and refer to the latest ticket in the subject. In the text refer to all the tickets that you have open on the subject startling with the original ticket. Explain, nicely, that you are opening a new ticket because you did not get a reply to your update.


    Continue doing the above once a week until the problem is resolved. One of my Guild mates had a missing Chest Guard and it took a month and several new tickets before it was fixed.

    July 19 2014 update

    A player told me on another thread that his lost equipment ended up on a hero in the Inn. He did not say id the Blacksmith showed it on that hero.
