Similar problem happened to a lot of people. It's a display error... Gems weren't actually there in the first place. You should take screenshots of all gems and refresh to ensure they are real.

I agree with chickenwing. From the OP, the player didn't claim the stake once it reached 0:00
Recently it happened with 100 gems for me. The 100 gems actually looked like it added to my gem count until I refreshed. We'll get confirmation from OP, but I'm pretty sure she knows to claim the prize.

I think I added a screen shot can't tell but if it shows up same thing happened to me it shows the count down but never got the gems Vip3 auto collects so what happened ?

It happened to me too, now that I think of it. I had shared them with someone, then went to bed. In the morning, I didn't have the gems. I submitted a ticket and they added the gems to my account without further questions. All I told them was who I shared them with and at what time. They could verify if I was online and if I had shared the gems at that precise moment.
My guild Hellsing does not seem to be very active lately so I was not able to share with anyone my good fortune that day
Still I had made sure I stayed online and collected the gems
I also submitted a ticket to no avail no response or reply to the ticket
Keep trying, especially if you have a screenshot proving you had them. They can be sometimes be quite stubborn when it comes to gems.

The player( me) did claim the stake once it reached 0:00 I made sure of that
no screen shot I did not know i needed one to prove my case

Last week I had just won a 1 thousand gem stake in the arena my very first one I was elated, however 2 days later when i log in it is missing.
My only conclusion is Tynon stole them from me
Is this to be expected any time I win something nice??
They do not show where I won the gem stake

A screenshot is not absolutely necessary, but when the game glitches like that, it helps a ton to have a screenshot. You may still be able to get something, but it will be a lot more difficult.
