My guild Hellsing does not seem to be very active lately so I was not able to share with anyone my good fortune that day
Still I had made sure I stayed online and collected the gems
I also submitted a ticket to no avail no response or reply to the ticket
Keep trying, especially if you have a screenshot proving you had them. They can be sometimes be quite stubborn when it comes to gems.Originally Posted by Diana_3926550

The player( me) did claim the stake once it reached 0:00 I made sure of that
no screen shot I did not know i needed one to prove my case

Last week I had just won a 1 thousand gem stake in the arena my very first one I was elated, however 2 days later when i log in it is missing.
My only conclusion is Tynon stole them from me
Is this to be expected any time I win something nice??
They do not show where I won the gem stake

A screenshot is not absolutely necessary, but when the game glitches like that, it helps a ton to have a screenshot. You may still be able to get something, but it will be a lot more difficult.

I am pretty sure this was the day I won the 1k gem stake and walked around with it for a couple hours
before i went to bed that night
Some times the arena reward does not credit if you have been idol for a while. I usually do 2 things to ensure I get what it says.
1. I hit the reward, then I hit someone in the arena to make sure there is no "dead" connection. If after you hit someone, you do not have it, then you did not get it.
2. Do not wait until it is flashing last minute as if you click on the reward and go afk (without verifying it), you may not have actually gotten it.
i feel you and have had something like this happen to me before as i already stated, however i noticed the missing/glitched gems right away and it didnt take me 3 days to figure out a guesstimate when it may or not have happened. if i had 1000 gemstake i would start spending, opening slots, etc right away and not wait for it for 4 days. i just think its odd that you did none of that and you waited 4 days to spend 25 of them... just saying
