Is anyone else having trouble with support, i.e. you try to open a ticket and it just doesn't connect to anything, as of today at least ? Coupled with the fact that the new uCool rep doesnt bother to post for a month, doesn't give me a good feeling... hope all is well at uCool.....
He's watching, he's a busy man so he doesn't post much but he does see forums. I will try to find out what is going on with support
edit: is there anymore information you can give me regarding what exactly is happening?

Just clicked on the support tab in game and it seems to be working. Try clearing your browser cache, it could be what's causing the problem.
As for dave, it's as Jupitor says he's just a very busy guy. He is aware of what's going on.
