Guild chest idea!

i notice that whenever you go into the guild chest area and shuffle for stuff like gold/leader cards, you waste 100 contributions getting ripped by lvl 1 chips. now i know, there are some of you that actually get the cards, but no matter how many people play the game, how often does it actually happen? so i had and idea that instead of two chests with chips, there should be three, one without chips, with good rewards, but no lvl 1 chips to ruin your day, maybe. i was thinking bronze/copper chest (50c) for current silver chest pool, silver (100c) for current gold chest pool(minus lvl1 chips, keep 2 and 3 maybe?) and gold chest (300-400c). based on the current pool, i drew up some new possibilities:

I would be happy if Tynon would do the basic fixes and release some much needed content before they worry about guild chest.

Like release the heroics and areas to farm for next set of gears.

Or

Replace the useless Mystery chest Wednesday with something that people will actually use or benefit from.

I've done more 100 contribution guild chests than probably anyone.

Generally speaking the common stuff that you get are:

Treasure Map
Level 1 Chips
10 Gems (helps pay for your investment)
200 Contribution (pays for itself)
5 Stars (very common)
50 Stamina
Experience
Credits
Coins
Reputation

Cards are rare, but occasionally I've gotten a purple card or two.

Calculating the actual cost of each type of chest requires some math. Contributions gained per grand investment can equal between 2000 to 3000 (or more if your tech center is really advanced).

Divide contributions gained by cost of guild chest to get the number of tries on the guild chest per grand investment. If you get 2800 contribution (ie, have win win at level 40) that is 28 tries. Then divide 100 (the cost of the grand investment) by the number of tries to get the gem cost per try. 100/28 = 3.57 gems per try. So rewards like 5 stars for 3.57 gems or 4000k gold for 3.57 gems aren't bad. 10 gems for 3.57 gems pays for itself as does 200 contribution. 3.57 gems per 1000 rep is better than any deal you will get in the fair. 3.57 gems for 50 stamina beats the 20 gem deal for 100 stamina offered by the game as well.

Granted you have to weigh the good stuff against the bad (the worst offender being the level 1 chip), but the stamina stacks which is nice for those with judgment gear, because they can save up stamina for the sirius gear (and have it available for when they release it). However if you don't need stars, exp, or stamina, the amount of useless stuff increases.

You can avoid the treasure map by doing the Guild Chest when you already have one and have not used it (not on a ship sailing). It is not like the Assistant Chest that the one that you have is replaced if you are no on a ship.

pardon me for interrupting, but i'd like to point out that your gold, credits and XP are based on your level. and no one wants to EVER find blue cards in the guild chests we get enough of those as is from the card broker.
