hi today after cerb i start to do blacksm
after i refresh i had lost my gems and upgr in blacksm had left
so the game had show me more coins
but this not my probl
u tynon give bk my lost this is bad
i buy gems i speand monay in this game and i dont like to lose monay
is not the fist time that i lose and not the fist time that i send mails in support
but never u help with my probl, like the rest of the players here i think many time they have probl
but i am from players that i speand elot of monay so i dont like to lose monay wane your game dont work how had to be

Tynon this is not cool,,,,, I start the day with 145 gems gained the lvl 80 package, and add 80 gems = 225 gems spend 5 gems to finish cool down, then refreshed, now I show 175 gems.. you need to fix this ASAP...
been playing this game since the beta... Not a good way to keep people spending money for more gems, I won't be until this is fixed..

You need to submit a ticket using the Support tab on the game chat window. Posting here will not help you get your Gems back.

hi andy i did write here to get my gems , only i had like that avryone see it
and is not abaut the ticket i had the gems i buy big packets
after days my gems was lost i had speak with support but nathink they see the history of my gems and all ok
u cant do more
i buy many gems so like a gust i had like my lost bk, is only 250 gems is nathink
but looks like for tynon is
