gap will widen anyways for those who have their current set of talents maxed out versus a person who is still working their way towards it - person with talents maxed can concentrate on new ones whereas the one who isnt maxed will have to work on existing plus new ones... there is no way to make it fair for all by introducing new talents on an already established server. besides the gap obviously would exist in the first place so it would not be a new experience for those not as advanced as their counterparts. just something new to do in addition to what they are already behind in doing.
and as for making saintings overpowered... well the % i quoted would obviously need to be looked at in more detail. it might be taht the percentage is somethign like 0.05% - whatever it needs to be to still be balanced in teh grand scheme of things. the idea i believe has merit

so what? so you are honestly saying that the higher you get, the more you should pay for an equal increment, meaning making it more and more pointless to increase any skill after 70. now you are comparing runes with buffs, the runes INCREASE by higher levels with raising increments. why not make the skills like that?
also the gap as is is already getting bigger and bigger, its separating the elite from the minions. thats what its all about.
i ask you: where is the point in playing a game, increasing your level, spending your money and getting more and more penalized on your way up to let newbies and weekend players catch up with you?
in my mind if you have the credit card to pay for being awesome, then you shall get awesome. in other words, if you have the money to pay for a ferrari then you should get just that and not a red fiat with rally stripes.
why? as far as i know there was intentions to add different talents later on or at least to keep it as an option. how do you personally feel about gaining 200'ish HP for your talent increase at level 114 and pay almost 12m credits with an insane cooldown, to then at the end have 4-6 talent queues open because your skills are maxed? so the guys who didnt open his additional talent queues and doesnt level up skills past 80 since the increase is insignificant compare to the level 10 player who is getting the same is looking rather smart. all the OP is doing is making suggestions for something that should have been adjusted a long time ago. there is no need to mock or troll the ones that are trying. if you disagree with the idea, then its fine to say so. maybe you can come up with something better, try us. but until then you shouldnt make him look like a fool.
i think the talents should be changed to scale in sync with the level of the player. if that results into "too easy gameplay" then only because the new unreleased pretend content isnt hard enough. dont forget that it will not only be one player who gets stronger but everyone else too.
the only reason for the talents being so low is that they have never been changed or where intended for such high levels as we are now.
the least developers could have done was to increase the increment after 110 when they increased the level cap.
