When I face Flavius at royal battle he hit all my hero including my destro and maria with his skill war cry, but when I used him he not hit all enemy target, just hit the enemy troop who have morale left, not hit mage or troop with zero morale, plzz fix the bug, its make flavius not strong enough and the damage seem tiny too, its annoying, ty. regard.

He only targets heroes with morale.

The glitch is the royal arena battle, not the Flavius you get. Flavius is not a big hitter, he is a strategic hero. His main role is to remove morale. He is weak against morale retention heroes like King Theseus and Pompei, so beware.
