uCool was not the only one to be inaccessible.

after much frustration, I discovered that various site were experiencing connectivity issues in the past 24 hours.

    aa.com
    aceofspades.com
    ancestry.com
    facebook.com
    homes.com
    realtor.com

[hell even nsa.gov was shut down today]

numerous reports from customers of At&t, and T-Mobile saying they had literally no cell signal.
my guess is that somewhere in the world, a coalition of malicious internet moguls decided to play internet war games.

    Hey alt Hows it go.

    http://www.issitedownrightnow.com/status/tynon.com

Here you go dave, If you were down 12 hours i would be asking someone for 12 hours of refund. You can use this URL as a benchmark of when your site was down. And we started Bitching.

Tynon is a free to play game. That means zero dollars per month. Twelve hours downtime should give a refund of maybe 2-5%of the monthly fee, say 4% for convenience. 4% of 0= not much. ;-p

Exactly and someone has to pay for those server costs. perhaps those that do are the ones that would like some in game compensation to smooth over pr. esp since it wouldn't cost ucool anything monetarily. Even if you don't coin, I'd want something, This is a business, the number one goal is to always keep the customer first in mind.

I guess we at least get to see Dave in the forum like we wanted though in one way or another.

its not a charity, they have significant revenue and income from players, marketing and even for generating a database. they are spending money too for running it on staff, hardware, etc and the income is not $0 which is a good thing, otherwise you wouldnt be playing the game
