Seriously?????
We all lost out yesterday. For the most part equally. Granted some may have lost a little more then others due to time zones. But what good is a comp pack in this case? Just to speed up EVERYONES progression in a game that seems to be going no where fast atm. Stop worrying about the trifle amount NOONE was able to get yesterday. Let them focus in on new content that we all desperately want. If we all got comp packs we all progress forward the same amount from it. So it doesnt actually help you in the least bit. Noone is suddenly going to beat the next HR boss faster then you because of the outage. Noone is suddenly going to be able to take your arena rank because of the outage, noone is suddenly going to do better in banish then you due to the outage. It effected everyone just about the same. SO take a breath and move on now.
It was the upstream partner that failed, without it there was no way uCool could get their games online. According to uCool the company that provides upstream had a hardware failure and it was out of their hands until their upstream provider techies could fix the problem their end.
uCool did provide regular reports on their FB pages. Since the forums were down they weren't able to communicate using them.

i'm still locked out! apparantly i maybe out for days! anyone else having this issue please message me
While everything was down, Nine (9) hours transpired between uCool's announcements (not even a comment) on the Tynon facebook page. I'm not exactly sure if I would call that "regular reports". This sort of thing makes it appear to the player-base (customers) that the Tynon employees (getting paid) got plenty of sleep while the customers were (some patiently some impatiently) staying up all night waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting.
Also remember, 12 hours of Thorsday were affected. (Players either lost out on upgrades or had to spend gems to make up for lost time.)
World Bosses were affected.
Guild Wars were affected (especially on bids).
Stamina was likely affected
the list goes on.
Tynon's response to such things will make them a hero or a villian.
People also remember the sub-par communication and treatment we receive from Davemata. Hence why everyone misses Dawnseeker.
I blame the monkeys throwing wrenches, ants in the computer things, or a solar flare plopping out of the sun. Mmmhmm. In all honesty I think we can make this outage at least a little bit of Ucools fault right? . Heck when I had my car parked in my driveway and a drunk driver some how found his way up my driveway and into the back end of my car. The insurance company still stated that 20% of the crash was my fault because I chose to live at that location and park my car in the driveway. If I didn't decide to park it there or live there then it would never have been hit. Sooooo using this logic, this outage is some of Ucools fault right? Because they chose to use that third party provider. :P
I blame Radio Shack
Wow, dang its a game. Yes it was sucky, but hey.
So u went back a boss, beat it and go back up.
Servers were down what 10 hrs, so no one missed a full day of Thorsday.
If u cant cope with 10hrs of missed game play, then maybe you shouldn't play as it seems your RL might be a tad boring.
And for all you haters to have something to moan about, I don't believe tynon should compensate,
its free to play it was your own choice to put money into it, suck it up and get over it.
