In a business, in any business, the vendor serves and caters to their clients. This is how the vendor gains and maintains their client-base.
If a vendor were to say to their client "oh hey it's not our fault so we don't owe you anything" -- yes they can say that, if they want.
What happens when a vendor says that to their clients? How would the clients feel?
Over time the vendor loses credibility, and when the clients cease to trust the vendor, the clients begin looking for alternatives.
I'm not going to stop Tynon from making poor business decisions. If they want to drive their cash-cow into the ground, that's their choice. They have a good thing going for them; I'm hoping for their sake that they make the right decision.
