Go over to ucool's heroes charge game, go to forums and select any posting by a moderator you see in the last 24 hours, and then send them 2 or 3 emails a day (spam them) asking them to get a support person to fix / reboot (pick your technical phrase) tynon servers - GW bids can not be entered, neither cerberus n or baal banishes can be entered, GW can not be entered, CW stuck on Knockout Round V from December 27, 2018 ...,

Recommend NOT putting ANY complaints about game in your email..., it gives moderators reason to be confused / not do ANYTHING with your email...

The moderators ARE NOT support staff that do anything with ucool software / servers (HW or SW), however their day job includes sending email to ucool support staff describing problems to get a support person to "do" something, if they will do anything about tynon game at this time...

As much as I would like to think that you will get a response to your efforts, I'm not holding my breath. I don't think there is enough money left to be collected from Tynon for them to concern themselves with the game. If they had an interest in keeping it up, they would have maintained it long ago, upgraded it, patched it, and answered support tickets. They haven't responded to those in over 4 years. They will soon be shutting down the servers, as they cost to operate, and there is no revenue coming in from them now. I doubt we have more than a few weeks before Tynon is no more. That said..I hope I'm wrong and you get a response and a fix....I've enjoyed the game for quite a while, and I will miss it.

I really hope you are wrong Darqu3, but as you said there has been no support of any kind for a long time. It has been a lot of fun playing this game all these years and I will miss it as well. ::::0
