They are pretty close in performance as far as all the tests show on internet.
Some work well for 1 person and not another.

@Vaite, it is very annoying to not be able to log in. If you can create a new character and play with that one, something might be up with your account for sure.
I hope support can fix it for you if that is the case. If you cannot create a new character you really have to try the advice Andy gave. It has worked miracles for me at some point.
