We had a similar issue on another server, except instead of racism it was physical death threats and cyber-bullying to the max. Some serious sick $#?+ that I had never seen in 14 years of online gaming.
After tons of screenshots to Tynon support, and even a handful of personal mails to davemata, all we got back was "use the block feature" from dave in a form-letter format.
I'm actually surprised that server hasn't done anything about the 3rd-party harassment.
