I have been saving up a lot of credits for Tavern Tuesday. I watched this week as repeatedly my spirits were added then as I spun again they went back to the original number. I am spending 133,000 per refresh and sometimes it takes 14 refreshes to get a purple or gold hero to show up. One of these times when I had my spirits added then removed it was a double. I submitted a ticket and received a response saying they confirmed delivery of my spirits and gave me a printout. They are wrong. I am willing to bet that pressing the issue with screenshots will get the usual display error letter.
Between the coins and runes disappearing, bad math on the banish/arena reputation rewards, and the Spirits now disappearing I am really getting the short end of the stick here. Having Support tell me that what I am seeing happening isn't real is not making me a happy customer. There are issues with the code, or there is some sort of lag issue that makes the spirits not get added in a timely manner so they don't finish adding before the next refresh. I know I have read others reports of the same issues as the ones I am having. When so many of your customers are leaving that you are sending out bribes begging them to return why would you not fix the mistakes and malfunctions that drove them away in the first place?
