MIssing dwreven equipment ( over 3 months now )

Hi i just returned tio the game after more than 3 months away. i had reported this problem prior to leaving and it did not get fixed after about 4-5 days so i went to another server to restart the game. i just returned today to server 1 and the very same error is still there. as i said over 3 months and this has yet to be resolved. could someone please fix this error for me i am unable to proceed to the next level since i can not leave the area i am in till someone places the extra item i need back into the game so i can collect it .

You need to open a ticket using the support button in the game chat.

yes i did that but been a week now and still not corrected!!!

hey

i reported this over 3 months ago. returned today and still i am unable to proceed to the next area because the item i need to collect within the quest is not there. could someone please look into my account and fix this error. the error is on

Do a follow up on he ticket. If that does not produce any results in a week open a new ticket referring to the original and politely remind them that you are still missing the equipment and that it is affecting your ability to be competitive. Continue to do this once a week.
