Missing Item

I received a Lv 3 Obsidian for reaching level 30 and after I put it in my sword I checked a few moments later and it was missing..........What do I do about this?

I received a Lv 3 Obsidian for reaching level 30 and after I put it in my sword I checked a few moments later and it was missing..........What do I do about this?

Have you tried refreshing? This has happened to me multiple times with jewels and it's recurring when I upgrade armor, I'll complete the upgrade and then the game glitches and it shows as the item before I upgraded and I can't equip it. It usually straightens itself out when I reload my browser window though. Have you tried that yet?




Also please don't post the same thread in multiple locations, you'll get an answer you just have to be patient ^___^
