If case you are one of the few that don't know, I'm not American. Since uCool is American based they have based their offers on US holidays and to further drive the point home, by far the largest player base is state-side It's not rocket science to work out what the business plan is here. As also pointed out you can't have a package for every special day, it'll be pointless!

You could say uCool should consider non-American holidays as chances to be more multi-cultural, well IMHO it really doesn't make a whole lot of difference since the whole World over knows which date American Independence Day falls. A lot of the special Days you've listed aren't known by the populace at large and I can only imagine the confusion at Hong Kong Day packages. On the other hand say Halloween which falls at the end of the same month, everyone knows what it is.

Ironically Halloween or All Hallows Eve is actually not an American Holiday even if it is celebrated in the USA, but a Pagan Celtic festival (festival of Samhain) by origin. You could have used it as an example of a non-American holiday that Ucool and Regan Mercantile offer packages on.

As far as the company being based in the USA, yes it is, as far as the majority of players being in the USA, My Tynon tribe is barely a US majority, and on Evony, also owned by Ucool and Regan Mercantile my Alliance is actually about 60-70% non-American. Are you seriously suggesting it is acceptable to insult and discriminate against people who are in a minority? (Albiet being an American company and the USA's history of discriminating against minorities I guess it should not come as a shock)

I was using examples and do understand it would be too much to cover every single religious and National holiday throughout the world,nor was I suggesting they attempt to do so. However ONLY celebrating American National and observed holidays and ignoring all the other users from around the world is what I have a problem with. Even simply a "Thank you to our international players package" type sign of respect twice a year would not be not much to ask, and would prove me wrong that they care nothing for players outside the USA. At this point in time I have witnessed not even one acknowledgement from Ucool and Regan Mercantile in Tynon or Evony that they have even the slightest respect for players outside the USA.
