    Angry Probably a stupid question but...

    I am really upset and need to send an email to support. The stupid support tab in game is limited to 50 characters and I need way more than that! I have tried sending it to Support@Tynon.com and it came back as undeliverable. I tried Tynon.Support@UCool.com and that came back as well. Does anyone have any idea as to the email address I need to send this email to?

    Put the text in a file and attach it to the ticket. In the ticket give an overview of the problem and tell them that the details are in the attached file. Of course, that only will work if they bread the file so you need to be very nice and convincing on the ticket.

    I did that. I got back an email response that was the same canned lie I got the first time I made the support request. I replied to it asking that the ticket be escalated because I knew the information they gave was incorrect and attached a screenie as proof. I received another email response that said that would not be arranged. I replied again asking that someone higher up look at this. I have received no response.

    I am TrollsAvatar on server 111 Fort of Aenea. I am VIP5 and have been playing Tynon since December 13 2013. I had to upgrade my internet service to play. I have spent a lot of real life money I shouldn't have since I am on disability and barely get by month to month.
    When I first started playing I noticed players with less power and lower armor and weapons were beating me using Smoulder. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't catch up. Then I asked my guild mates how they got Smoulder with such low power. They said there was a reputation bonus that was about 500,000. I had started just a couple of weeks late.
    I struggled to catch up and did everything I could. I noticed everyone seemed to be getting Adamanti and I couldn't. I sent in a support ticket asking for the playing field to be leveled by giving me the reputation bonus. I am playing in a PVP environment with much lower incomes and heroes who are much weaker. I was told no one on our server got that bonus since it opened after the bonuses were given. I knew this was a lie but I could not prove it.
    I kept on struggling to catch up. I kept spending money I shouldn't and skipping lunch to do it. I began sleep training my heroes to level up faster, and collect the arena items with the VIP3 benefits. Then you sent out letters to players who created a character and abandoned it. You gave them a package that included 50,000 reputation bonus. I watched the world and realm chats as some of these players came back and collected both the 500,000 bonus and the 50,000 bonus. They went from Private to Major instantly and were well on their way to the next upgrade. They now had the same heroes I did, after months of hard work and sacrifice. I again sent a ticket and this time gave the name of one person I saw getting the bonus. Again I was told no. No one who started after the bonuses were given out would get the bonus.
    I continued to struggle trying to catch up. I finally got Adamanti. While I try to get him sainted and starred to the level the others have I am now being beaten by those who have Bloodstorm. I am unable to use the replays because they still have heroes I can't access. I am stuck in a rut and can't seem to get out. Then on the morning of 7/2/14 I got up and began scrolling up through guild chat in WWZ and was slapped in the face with the final insult. Vio-lynn had been given the 500,000 reputation bonus she had asked for. She started in January, well after the bonuses were handed out and had been struggling as well. While I am glad her playing field is a bit more level I am very angry that mine is not.
    I am finished struggling. I am finished being lied to. I am not going to spend anymore money. I am going to wait one week and if I am not given that reputation bonus then I will be leaving and not returning. Perhaps if you rewarded the players who stayed and dealt with the server disconnect errors, missing runes, lost coins, inability to log on and paid for things others got free like a white horse, your player base would be more loyal. I was a loyal player who invested a lot of time and money on my heroes but now I am done.

    This is the letter I sent today after being repeatedly lied to. When I sent the last request I asked to know why her request was granted and mine was denied and I got the response, "she was polite and you are not".
    Really? After being lied to over and over how polite should I be?

    where to start... about the 50 characters, i see it counting down and then disapear after 50 and i usually just keep on going without a problem.
    now about your problems...
    first off upgrading your internet service is a bad idea unless it was provided by pirating your neighbors (joke). this is a flash game and the data is ridiculously low compared to what you have on your screen. so, unless it sends you back to dial-up and into a raised a phone bill, i would suggest to cut your internet back down, especially since you are on a tight budget. there is still some free providers like netzero who can definitely provide you cheaper or free. then if you are on such a tight budget i admire you skipping lunches and spending $50 on the vip3 status but dont get the point in spending money and upgrading your internet on a game that you started to play because it was free.

    i feel your anger and your passive aggressiveness and understand that catching up can be sometimes hard to do. normally at this point i would just suggest to have started on a new server, but its obviously too late for that. now, i do believe that the first 500k bonus you where talking about was to older accounts that got effected by the first change in the reputation/title system and the second bonus was for accounts that where offline for a longer time to get those accounts (alts?) back into the game by offering a "catching up" package to show how much the game has changed. so when you feel that the same players got compensated twice for doing nothing then you are most likely spot on. even tho the "she was polite and you are not" answer is really hard to believe, its a clear sign that it wasnt stanley the chatbot answering you, so someone actually did take the time to read your complaint and answering it. now its unfortunate that you are leaving out the "being lied to" part and we only get your pre-fixed view of things.
    but there is something i do like to point out is that we have a guy in our guild who just started about 3 (maybe 4?) months ago, he is according to himself vip1 from the maria package and and is now less than 100k away from bloodstorm (our guild does provide the 100% reputation bonus) and he seems to be doing just fine.

    Trolls, as a player I agree with what you are saying. In my opinion the way the changes were made by giving the reputation bonus was not well thought out because of the problems players that joined after that change would be at a big disadvantage. Be that as it may, that is what the developers chose to do so the game is not 'broken'. I know of other people that have made the same request and it has been turned down.

    If they give it to you and not to every player that joined after the change, including players that join in the future, then they will be at a disadvantage from you.
