so now we even have a farce of a cw it was pretty obvious the semi final between wildflower and scorn was fixed on european server8 i wonder what else is going to ruin the game next, it just takes the whole fun out of the championship knowing they already pre-arranged who was going to win

The issue of a player 'trowing' a fight in CWF was discussed at great length a few months ago with no consensus reached as to what to do about it.

I would prefer that the players always attempt to win, but that is their choice. I would also like to mention that being 'powered down' is not always a deliberate attempt to loose. A couple of weeks ago I was uploading a formation and got confused between Adam and Lance and ended up with a naked Lance. By the time I realized what was going on I had lost 3 of the 5 fights.

Another think that some players may think is an attempt to loose is not changing formations during a round, but it could be that the player was unable to be logged on at the time. That happened to me last Friday where I lost the first round 2 to 3. I probably could have won one more battle if I had been around to make adjustments to the formation.

Yup I agree.

Although I'll add that it wasn't considered cheating by Tynon, although Dawnseeker stated it was a bit absurd.

It was nice of Scorn to do that but since only server 8 got that message you can see why people from other servers might be a little miffed.
