    Angry Problem Sanctifying Alci - Tynon Not Compensating

    Here is the situation that I have and how Tynon has responded to my requests. I am curious if anybody else has had this problem or if it is only me...

    On Tuesday June 10th, I had 11 Alciblades cards that I got that day in the Tavern that I had bought from a couple of week's savings of credits. When I purchased the cards, I then sanctified my toon and was successful on three sanctifications that took me to Dominion 3. After doing a refresh because I noticed that my power hadn't changed, I then discovered that my 11 cards were gone, I was back to Angel 5 (where I had started before the previously mentioned sanctifications) and my credit level was where it was after I purchased the 11 cards. Basically, my cards were gone, my credits were gone and I had not received any sanctifications.

    I submitted a ticket and they responded "We are aware of the bug you have reported and we are currently collecting information about it". I continued to ping them every couple of days trying to get a status on the "bug". On June 16th, they told me that they saw that I had used the cards exactly when I said that I had and that they would not be returning used cards.

    Now they won't respond to any requests of mine about this because I have asked the simple question about where everything went for me. I had 3 successful sanctifications that disappeared, along with the cards used to do the sanctifications. The credits are gone that purchased the cards that were used to do the sanctifications. I basically saved credits for two weeks to then have Tynon say that we identify that you got screwed, but too bad.

    I suspect that I am going to have some kind of retribution from Tynon for posting this, but I have gotten very frustrated...

    Sure have, they admitted they owed me 2 leader cards and 900 gems so far nothing. They did in compensate me 20 million coins for the loss of 2 lvl 9 runes. If you can make
    2 lvl 9s out of 20 million you must be a magician.

    And this is why we miss Nathan, cliakos_6875085 as a last ditch effort PM davemata with your original ticket number maybe he will be able to do something for you.

    Yes, Herby, they showed up on the World Chat banners...Tynon also found them in their databases, but they have chosen to do nothing about it

    It is getting a bit ridiculous when you have to take a screen shot before and after you do anything in case something goes wrong.

    Should always take a screenshot anytime something good happens. It's a sign something bad is about to happen.

    They owe me a leader card from way back but I gave up in the end. I think it depends who you get when you submit a ticket. Some don't seem to understand simple English while others are really helpful. Its just a lottery.

    You need to spend more money for them to pay you any homage or give you any form of customer support.

    I apologize, I went from Archangel V to Dominion 3, which is 3 successful sanctifications. I used multiple cards on each one to succeed. Sorry for the mistype.

    In that case, there is one very good way to check if you were really successful.

    Did the 3 successful sanctifications show up as world chat banners?

    If they did, then you should have those in your hero, or Tynon owes you some cards.
