Here is the situation that I have and how Tynon has responded to my requests. I am curious if anybody else has had this problem or if it is only me...

On Tuesday June 10th, I had 11 Alciblades cards that I got that day in the Tavern that I had bought from a couple of week's savings of credits. When I purchased the cards, I then sanctified my toon and was successful on three sanctifications that took me to Dominion 3. After doing a refresh because I noticed that my power hadn't changed, I then discovered that my 11 cards were gone, I was back to Angel 5 (where I had started before the previously mentioned sanctifications) and my credit level was where it was after I purchased the 11 cards. Basically, my cards were gone, my credits were gone and I had not received any sanctifications.

I submitted a ticket and they responded "We are aware of the bug you have reported and we are currently collecting information about it". I continued to ping them every couple of days trying to get a status on the "bug". On June 16th, they told me that they saw that I had used the cards exactly when I said that I had and that they would not be returning used cards.

Now they won't respond to any requests of mine about this because I have asked the simple question about where everything went for me. I had 3 successful sanctifications that disappeared, along with the cards used to do the sanctifications. The credits are gone that purchased the cards that were used to do the sanctifications. I basically saved credits for two weeks to then have Tynon say that we identify that you got screwed, but too bad.

I suspect that I am going to have some kind of retribution from Tynon for posting this, but I have gotten very frustrated...
