Lose of power
When moving my gear back from baal formation to normal formation ive lost 5 mil in power to find out that all my gear on my sub has disappeared totally not on any other hero or inventory ive tried to contact support but have had no answer from them. Very pissed off player at the moment with this happening someones suggested refreshing so ive refreshed now as well. Do they ever get back to on support or is it just a waste of time.
Try refreshing. Also look in the Blacksmith to see if it shows up on another hero or shows up without a hero. Check the bank and the pack if it shows up without a hero. If not there see if the two numbers below the pack and the bank are consistent with the open slots. Look at this tread too http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...-the-inventory

Thank you for those tips found it much appreciated. On a hero in the inn, I dont know how that has happened.
