did she do this? I am in ultimate arena #11. Before Cerb there is usually a spot trading battle between me and this other toon. This AM I checked UA to see where she was. Her toon was no where on the top 30 list. So I checked rankings and she was still with her guild. So about 30 seconds before Cerb I checked UA top 30 again and she still was not there. Then at 5 seconds to Cerb she pops up and attacks me. So question is if she is not in UA top 30 how does she attack me at the 11 spot?

Actually... it sounds like you just got attacked by someone from the same realm. If you are 10-6 in realm arena, regardless where you are in Ultimate Arena, if someone outside of UA attacks you, you switch spots.

i think that when the other beats the 10th of his realm arena he enters the UA a few spots below, meaning he had a chance to be entered at 12 or below and you would be the first he sees. i am not really sure about this since our arena is pretty much settled in now.
When the other toon beats someone from his realm, it can be all who occupy place 10-6.
Was one of those within 17-12 spot?

Yes, there is 3 0r 4 from her realm 1n 17-12 spots. But the timing would have to be spectacular, she only had 15 seconds or less to claim a spot and then attack me.
15secs is way more than enough, can be done with around 4-5 secs, if u get no lag
