    Can't see why not. My Shayd his hit rate of 200 and I have no hit sancts and level 10 rune at best.

    But shayd has an innate +35 hit rating compared to adam's 0, so it's unlikely for him to get that high. not like hit rating saints pop up all the time either.

    I think you guys missed my point.

    3x 15 hitrate saints on adam does not equal 295 hit rate.

    (no matter the runes or gear you have on adam)

    my adam got 220, thats with lv12 preciseness and no hitrating sancts.

    12 precise =220 plus 45 from 3 15 sanctifications=265. Unless command affects precise I do not see any way to make it higher.
