So with dawn missing since may, im assuming hes gone, and davemata being assigned to evony now, whos left to oversee the forum and update us on tynon stuff?

Ok davemata is still the Community Manager of this, Evony's and CoE's forum. He's not been 'assigned' to just Evony, he takes care of all 3.
To be honest Dave has been pretty quiet the last couple of weeks everywhere, whether he's busy work wise or on vacation-who knows. These types of threads aren't going to make Dave magically appear, get everyone's questions answered or get the much needed updates faster.
Since this subject breeds negativity and ends up giving me a migraine we'll leave it at that. I am sorry your OP was very nicely put but I've stated my reasons why I'm closing it.
