i am so sorry and i really dont mean to pick on you again, but this is so wrong.
in the lab it doesnt replace the first hero that died, regardless if its your main or whatever other hero that died. for that reason some unequip runes/armor from the main to let the main die first, so all other heroes in group gets replaced/healed.
a somewhat similar exploit/bug whatever you call it is in GW where the main would spawn as sub after the first battle if it got killed first.

ps @ OP: we had once in our HP one of the guys with 2 bloodstorms and no other heroes. now thats a real bug
