He was talking about world bosses. Not Dungeons bosses. And by that matter, if u make a boss lvl 35 and that a lvl 38 cant beat it with all is equipment lvl 8+ this isnt normal. Normal monster inside that dungeon does freeking less then the minion with the boss.

I've gotten as far as Molten Cerberus, a level 42 boss and beat it at level 41.

The quest bosses are by far much easier and I standby what I said, power up and tinker with your formation.
