    Using cards

    just won a card in the casino and when i go to use it "you must be such & such rank".. did this change because i remember we could redeem/use it a while back.

    It used to be that you could do that, I don't remember which patch they threw that out there that if there's a title involved you gotta hold on to the card until you reach it to use it; but they did change it if i remember correctly. I think it was bry everyone was getting from the fair that way much earlier than one would have.
