Why should he have to take a screen shot? Doesn't the game record events so that claims can be validated? What if he doesn't know how to take screen shots and transfer them to e-mails? Instead of working on new content they should first fix the mess they created. People pay to play so their expectations of a mostly error free game should be met. And the Tynon support team could be a lot more helpful and address all tickets that are sent in. Their computer generated responses are a bad business practice and more then likely is costing them money.
