Instead of working on new content they should first fix the mess they created. People pay to play so their expectations of a mostly error free game should be met. And the Tynon support team could be a lot more helpful and address all tickets that are sent in. Their computer generated responses are a bad business practice and more then likely is costing them money.
you dont get the point. the only reason they asking for a screenshot from the system message is because in most cases there was none. most of the times it was a sync error and "fixed" after a refresh.
if they do give you the gems anyways then its out of their kindness and support for their customers.
