For example I had a leader card, had it taking, then took it back, held it until it timed out, and claimed it, never registered, I refreshed, cleared cookies, and cache. I simply submitted a ticket after that didn't work. I received an answer that I was supposed to take a screenshot of it and that without that I won't get the card. Rules of needing to take a screenshot or any other like this should be mailed to all players on every server. Its not that I'm upset, stuff like this happens I guess, my problem is the answer they gave me, "You need to TAKE A SCREENSHOT or you wont get it back." Kind of a sarcastic answer but ehh. Same response after I told them I never was sent rules about taking screenshots. Not a rant, just would like to be mailed some CLARITY .
