    Post Tynon send a mail of rules:

    For example I had a leader card, had it taking, then took it back, held it until it timed out, and claimed it, never registered, I refreshed, cleared cookies, and cache. I simply submitted a ticket after that didn't work. I received an answer that I was supposed to take a screenshot of it and that without that I won't get the card. Rules of needing to take a screenshot or any other like this should be mailed to all players on every server. Its not that I'm upset, stuff like this happens I guess, my problem is the answer they gave me, "You need to TAKE A SCREENSHOT or you wont get it back." Kind of a sarcastic answer but ehh. Same response after I told them I never was sent rules about taking screenshots. Not a rant, just would like to be mailed some CLARITY .

    in all fairness, you could simply ask your guild mates to take a screenshot from the event announced in worldchat of you having the leadercard (customer service usually checks those and if its not there then you most likely had a sync problem). also the person you shared it with must have gotten one too, so they should be able to track your card by that event

    True, didnt find out i needed a screenshot until the next day

    Why should he have to take a screen shot? Doesn't the game record events so that claims can be validated? What if he doesn't know how to take screen shots and transfer them to e-mails? Instead of working on new content they should first fix the mess they created. People pay to play so their expectations of a mostly error free game should be met. And the Tynon support team could be a lot more helpful and address all tickets that are sent in. Their computer generated responses are a bad business practice and more then likely is costing them money.

    you dont get the point. the only reason they asking for a screenshot from the system message is because in most cases there was none. most of the times it was a sync error and "fixed" after a refresh.
    if they do give you the gems anyways then its out of their kindness and support for their customers.

    The point is, Tynon rolled out a game with a massive amount of errors. The point is Tynon has not fixed a lot of these errors. The point is Tynon support is putting the burden of proof on the player instead of owning up to their errors. The point is not everyone may know how to provide screenshots to support. The point is no game is perfect but when errors occur support should support, not force the player to do supports job. The point is paying players have expectations of reasonable compensation for errors that were not their doing. The point is Tynon support is causing a lot of unhappiness among players. The point is that is a bad business practice. Now if you wish to continue with your gibberish please do so. And if gibberish is all you can bring to the table then quit trying to tell me what I get and don't get

    Good point: That could have been the reason, a sync error, it did flash in wc though, but I didnt get the card, oh well for me, now i know to get the screen shot, and so does everyone else. That should be the main point of this thread, so screenshot your saints, stars, bank items, etc etc, anything you don't want to lose just for record. Let my mistake of not taking the screenshot serve as a reminder for everyone else to do so.

    no that would be overreacting.
    if i was you i would contact customer service again, explain them exactly what happened. dont forget to mention (with the others name) that you have recaptured it and it was in the world chat announced. that way they can track down your card from your own log, from the other guys log and see in the chatlog that there was a system message about it. dont forget to be friendly and ask for someone other to take care of this than "stanley"

    I'm gonna go ahead an not disagree with this. Support did help me recently, but it's the first time in...maybe 6 months? that I didn't just get a form letter. Sometimes I'm pretty sure they didn't even read my ticket..just looked at the topic n sent me a form letter. Not trying to rant...they did help me 2x. But I agree that there are some bugs that are obvious and continuous, and it shouldn't be on the players to supply the burden of proof. I do coin a little...this is the most expensive game I've played, ever. For that, I do expect better service not just for me, but for everyone. I don't think that's unfair.
