no that would be overreacting.
if i was you i would contact customer service again, explain them exactly what happened. dont forget to mention (with the others name) that you have recaptured it and it was in the world chat announced. that way they can track down your card from your own log, from the other guys log and see in the chatlog that there was a system message about it. dont forget to be friendly and ask for someone other to take care of this than "stanley"
