Here is a solution for Banish.
1. Place a "Player CAP" based on their level.
500k coins per level cap. This would yield 50 mil coins at level 100 and 55mil at level 110 and 60 mil at level 120 and so on.
2. Remove all cap on banish since player cap is now in place which should be based on damage done to Banish.
This would make a player compete with him or her self to get most coins.
All problem solved and everyone is happy and no one is jumping realms to farm coins in a dead realm.
