I don't know if anybody else has this problem today but Gems did not arrive. I've taken a ticket but so far just a standard response. When I paid through paypal instead of going back to the game screen and loading the gems, it went to the tynon.com screen instead and nothing happened.

A rational human being would think this would be a priority for support. But if you have read the billion or so complaints about the lack of support your resolution may not come for some time. I have a ticket pending for over 5 months that I resubmit once a week. They are like Social Security hoping you will die before they pay. Lol Good Luck
With Gems not being delivered they tend to be fairly quick compared to other complaints. I've spoken to several people and it looks like gem delivery failed across the board today. I'm hoping that as there are so many it will be sorted quickly. I would suggest that people should refrain from buying gems til they sort the problem out.

However they billed you, is how you stop it. When you get the bill call your
credit card company and Dispute it, they won't get paid, Period.

The problem is that if you charge back they ban you from the game. I'd rather give them time to sort it out as I have invested time and money in Tynon. A week or more? That's nuts. They take seconds to accept your money, probably less to bank it. Then take a week to see if you paid?? Ucool needs to seriously get some customer service rehab, or it will be Ulonely.
Just a note to say my gems have now arrived. 18 hours late but they are here now. I also got another 30 in compensation. So thank you Tynon for sorting it out.
